Non-Returnable Conditions

To ensure fair use of our return policy, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product is functioning properly, not defective, and matches your original order.

  • The item has been misused, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Original packaging, labels, or included accessories are missing.

  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery (unless covered by brand warranty).

  • The product has been used or is no longer in its original condition, even if you’ve changed your mind.

🔁 Return & Refund Process

Once your return or replacement request is approved, we’ll take care of the rest:

  • We’ll arrange a reverse pickup of the product at your location.

  • After the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 24–48 business hours.

  • Refunds will be sent to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
